SURREY CITY COUNCIL

SPECIAL MEETING

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2006

Mayor Steve Fennewald called the meeting to order at 6:30p.m. Present were Council Members Terry Johnson, Blaine Klein, Dana Larsen, Kevin Nelsen, Jarvis Sasse, and Laura Volk.  Also present were Alan Estvold of Ackerman-Estvold and City Auditor Elaine Christianson. 

The Public Hearing was held for the Zone Change request from Larrel Berg on Eastland Park Estates from Agricultural to Rural Residential.  No comments received, Volk made a motion to change the zoning on Eastland Park Estates from Agricultural to Rural Residential.  Johnson seconded.  Roll call vote:  Volk-aye; Klein-aye; Sasse-aye; Larsen-aye; Nelsen-aye; Johnson-aye.  All aye, motion carried.
